Amazing tale of a girl called Lia. I read this book in a day as I just couldn't put it down. It drew me in straight away. I loved the accent writing as I could picture some of the characters just by the way the writer wrote what they where saying.
I have read so many fantasy books lately and this is likely one of my favourites!! I will re-read these books!! :D

I bought this following reading a recommendation and I was not disappointed! The story grips from the beginning and has enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. Lia and Colvin are engagingly naive, but their stories develop through the book and I could not wait to read books 2 and 3!
The reader is taken on a voyage of discovery as Lia begins to learn more and more about herself and the traditions that she yearns to understand are gradually revealed.
I am definitely recommending this to friends! .
